Sources and Methods: Labour Statistics - Strikes and lockouts
Preface
The first edition of Volume 7 of the series Sources and Methods: Labour Statistics was issued in 1993. New or updated descriptions for certain countries were issued in 1999 in Volume 9, a special edition covering transition countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. The series comprises the following volumes:

The descriptions in this section provide methodological information on national statistics of strikes and lockouts. Information about new developments and corrections received in the ILO are introduced regularly in the data base.
